Please note: the delivery charge is calculated automatically from the packed weight of your order using the India Post Parcel Retail weight slabs, and is displayed in Step 5 before you submit. Pricing & Payment
Printing is charged at Rs 1 per page for double side printing on 70 GSM white paper. Colour printing, non-standard paper, binding and lamination are quoted separately. Orders are taken up for production only after the confirmed amount is paid.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are paid entirely by the customer and are not included in the printing price. The exact amount depends on the customer's location, parcel weight and the courier service selected, and is calculated separately before dispatch.
File Accuracy
We print exactly what is supplied. Please verify spelling, page order, margins and page count before uploading. Reprints caused by errors in the customer's own file are chargeable.
Turnaround
Standard document jobs are completed within one working day of payment. Bulk orders, colour work and bound documents may take one to three working days. Courier transit time is additional.
Confidentiality
Uploaded documents are used only for producing your order and are never shared, published or resold. We never share, publish or resell customer files.
Cancellation
An order can be cancelled free of charge until printing begins. Once pages have been printed, the job cannot be cancelled or refunded because printed material cannot be resold.
Damage In Transit
Parcels are packed securely, but courier transit is outside our control. Report transit damage with photographs within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a fair resolution.
Legal Use
Customers confirm they hold the rights to print the material they upload. We do not print copyrighted, obscene or unlawful content.

How much does a printout cost?
Printing is charged at Rs 1 per page for double side printing on 70 GSM white paper. Colour printing, heavier paper, binding and lamination are quoted separately based on the file you upload.
Which file formats can I upload?
You can upload PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG and PNG files. PDF is preferred because page layout, fonts and margins stay exactly as you designed them.
Are delivery charges included in the price?
No. Printing and delivery are always two separate amounts. The India Post delivery charge is calculated automatically from the packed weight of your parcel (Rs 36 for the first 500 g and Rs 16 for every additional 500 g or part, up to 35 kg) and is shown to you before you submit the order.
How long does a printout order take?
Most document printing jobs are completed the same working day or the next working day after payment confirmation. Large volume jobs and bound documents may take one to three working days.

Yes. Self collection from T-552 Baljeet Nagar, Patel Nagar, New Delhi 110008 is free. Choose Self Pickup in Step 4 of the order form.
