Information We Collect
We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order: name, phone number, email address, delivery address and the contents of any file you send for printing. Payment is processed through third-party gateways and we do not store card numbers, PINs or OTPs on our systems.
How We Use Your Information
Your details are used to prepare quotations, produce and dispatch orders, provide customer support and send order-related updates. We may send occasional offers by email or SMS; you can opt out at any time by replying or writing to us.
Manuscript Confidentiality
Files supplied for printing are treated as confidential. They are accessed only by production staff working on your job, are never shared or resold, and are deleted from our systems on written request after delivery. See the section below on documents uploaded through the printout order form.
Documents You Upload For Printing
When you submit the printout order form, your document is transmitted as an email attachment to our production desk at [email protected] together with the order details you entered (name, mobile number, email address, printing options and delivery or pickup details). The file is used only to process and produce your print order. It is never publicly displayed on this website, never shared with anyone outside our production team, and never resold or published. Uploaded files are limited to 150 MB in total and to PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG and PNG formats. Large documents are first placed in our private document storage and the production desk receives a private download link instead of an attachment; that link is not listed anywhere and cannot be guessed. Because orders arrive by email, files remain in that mailbox and in our production records until they are removed; we delete a document from our systems on written request after your order is delivered. Quote the Order ID shown on your confirmation screen when you make such a request.
Cookies And Analytics
This website uses minimal browser storage to remember your cart and wishlist on your own device. Any analytics used is aggregate and does not identify individual visitors.
Data Sharing
We share delivery details with courier partners solely to ship your order. We do not sell, rent or trade customer data to any third party.
Data Retention And Security
Order records are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised staff and files are stored on password-protected systems.
