Dispatch Location
All orders are dispatched from T-552 Baljeet Nagar, Patel Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110008, India.
Processing Time
Ready stock is dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Print-to-order titles and custom printing jobs are dispatched according to the turnaround confirmed in your order confirmation.
Delivery Timelines
Delhi NCR: one to two working days. Metro cities: two to four working days. Rest of India: three to seven working days. Remote and hill locations may take longer.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is free on prepaid orders above Rs 999. Below that value a flat charge applies based on weight and destination and is shown before you confirm. Bulk consignments are quoted by actual freight.
Packing Standards
Single books ship in rigid mailers with moisture protection. Bulk orders ship in strapped corrugated cartons with a fixed count per carton so receiving stock checks are simple.
Printout Orders — India Post Delivery Charges
For printout and document printing orders, printing charges and delivery charges are always two separate amounts. The delivery charge is not a manual quotation any more: it is calculated automatically from the final packed weight of your parcel using the India Post Parcel Retail weight slabs configured on this website — Rs 36 for the first 500 g and Rs 16 for every additional 500 g or part of it, up to the India Post Parcel maximum of 35 kg. Packed weight includes the physical printed sheets, any cover, binding and packaging material. The destination PIN code is collected in the order form and saved with your order, and the calculated delivery charge is displayed in the order review step before you submit the order, so you always know the printing amount, the delivery amount and the total before confirming. Tracking
India Post tracking becomes available only after your parcel is actually dispatched and a real consignment number is assigned to it. Until then your order shows as Awaiting Dispatch. Once the consignment number is available it is shared with you and can be checked on the official India Post Track & Trace page. You can also see your order status on the order tracking page or call 7289879398 for an update.
Local Pickup
Delhi customers may collect from our Baljeet Nagar counter during working hours, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Undelivered Consignments
If a courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery; redelivery freight may be chargeable.
