A4 Printing
A4 is the standard size for almost every Indian document, and it is what we print by default.
A4 measures 210 by 297 millimetres and is the working size of Indian academic and office life. University submissions, office reports, government forms, resumes, notes and question papers are all designed around it, which is why A4 is our default paper and why almost every file uploaded to us is produced at this size without any special instruction.
Printing at true A4 matters more than people expect. A document designed for US Letter and printed on A4 without adjustment leaves an uneven strip at the bottom of every page; scaled the wrong way, margins tighten and text creeps towards the binding edge. We check the page size in your file before printing and tell you if a scaling decision is needed rather than silently shrinking your document.
For anything larger — charts, engineering drawings, posters, timetables meant for a wall — A3 is available on the same order, and it is often the right call for content that becomes unreadable when squeezed to A4.

How A4 Printing Pricing Is Calculated
Four inputs decide the price of almost every print job.

A4 black & white double side printing on 70 GSM paper starts at Rs 1 per page. Single side costs more per sheet simply because it uses twice the paper. Heavier stock, colour and A3 are quoted on the file. The order summary shows your estimate before you submit, and the final amount is confirmed on your mobile.
Delivery is quoted separately. Courier charges depend on your pin code, parcel weight and the service used, and are confirmed before dispatch. Preparing Your File Before You Upload
Five minutes of file preparation prevents almost every reprint.
- Set your page size to A4 in Word or your design tool before exporting, not after.
- Avoid printing a Letter-sized file at A4 without deciding whether to scale or centre it — tell us which you prefer.
- Export to PDF wherever possible. A PDF locks fonts, spacing and margins, so what we print is exactly what you designed.
- Check the page order and the page count in your PDF reader, and tell us the exact range if only part of the file is needed.
- Keep at least a 12 mm inside margin if the document will be spiral bound, stapled or hardbound, so binding never swallows text.
- Scan or photograph handwritten pages in bright, even light, straight on, with no shadow across the page.
Standard A4 jobs are usually completed same day or next working day. Bulk A4 runs for institutions and bound A4 documents take one to three working days depending on quantity and finishing.
