By placing an order or using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.

Orders And Confirmation

All orders are subject to confirmation of availability and price. An order is treated as accepted only when we confirm it by phone or email. Prices shown online are for single retail copies unless stated otherwise.

Quotations

Written printing quotations remain valid for fifteen days from issue. Quotes are based on the specification supplied; changes to page count, paper, binding, quantity or artwork may alter the price.

Customer Content And Copyright

You confirm that you own or are licensed to reproduce any material you send for printing. We do not verify copyright ownership and we decline jobs that appear to infringe rights, are unlawful or are offensive.

Proofs And Approval

Where a proof is supplied, your approval is final. We are not responsible for errors present in an approved proof, including spelling, page order and content.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in your quotation or invoice. Bulk and institutional orders may require advance payment or a deposit before production begins.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates in good faith. We are not liable for delays caused by courier networks, weather, strikes or events outside our control, though we will always assist in tracing a delayed consignment.

Limitation Of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
