Paper: 70 GSM is our standard printout paper; 80 GSM, cream and art paper are available on request. Delivery: courier charges are paid separately by the customer and depend on weight and destination pin code. Prepaid orders above Rs 999 from our book catalogue ship free within India. Ordering, Payment And Delivery — In Detail
How do I place a printout order?
Open the Printout page, upload your PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG or PNG file, choose black & white or colour, single side or double side, enter the number of copies, add any special instructions and submit. We confirm the total, including courier charges for your pin code, before printing begins.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG and PNG through the website. Larger files and InDesign packages can be sent over WhatsApp or email. PDF is always safest because fonts and layout are locked.
Is Rs 1 per page the final rate?
Rs 1 per page is our rate for double-side black & white printing on 70 GSM paper. Single side, colour, heavier paper and binding are charged as listed in the pricing table. Delivery is separate and depends on weight and destination.
How are delivery charges calculated?
At actual tracked-courier cost for your pin code and parcel weight. We tell you the figure before you pay. Delhi customers can collect from Baljeet Nagar and pay nothing for delivery. Prepaid orders above Rs 999 from our book catalogue ship free within India.
How long will my order take?
Printouts and thesis binding: same day to 24 hours in Delhi. Short book runs up to 100 copies: two to four working days. Offset runs above 300 copies: seven to twelve working days including proofing. Add two to five working days for courier outside Delhi.
Can I see a proof before the full run?
Yes. Digital proofs same day for every job, and a physical printed proof for runs above fifty copies. Production starts only after you approve.
What if something arrives damaged or misprinted?
Tell us within 48 hours with a photograph. If the defect is ours — wrong page order, binding failure, print quality, courier damage — we reprint and reship at our cost. Our refund policy sets out the full terms.
Is my document confidential?
Yes. Files are used only to execute your order, are never shared with a third party, and are deleted on request after delivery. Theses, legal drafts and corporate material are handled by the same staff who run the press, not by an outsourced vendor.
Do you offer institutional billing and GST invoices?
Yes. GST-compliant invoices are issued for every order, and schools, colleges, coaching institutes and companies can be set up for purchase-order billing on repeat work.

How do I get an accurate quote? Send the final page count, trim size, interior colour requirement, paper preference, binding type and quantity. With those six details we can quote precisely the same working day. Without them, any number is a guess. If you are unsure about any detail, send the file and we will advise the most economical specification for your purpose.
What is the difference between Rs 1 per page printouts and book printing rates? The Rs 1 per page rate applies to standard black and white document printing on 70 GSM white paper, printed double side. Book printing is quoted per copy because it includes cover printing, lamination, binding, trimming and packing, and because per-copy cost falls sharply with quantity.
Who pays the delivery charges? Delivery charges are paid entirely by the customer on printout orders. They depend on your location, parcel weight and the courier service used, and are calculated separately from the printing amount. Free self collection is always available from our New Delhi counter.
Can I see a sample before a large order? Yes, and for any run above fifty copies we recommend it. A single proof copy is printed on the exact paper and binding specified so you can approve colour, readability and finish before we commit the full quantity to press.
Do you handle regional language printing? Yes. Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Bengali and other Indian language files print correctly provided fonts are embedded in the PDF. Send a test page first if your file uses an unusual or custom font.
What payment methods do you accept? UPI, bank transfer and cash at the counter. Production begins after payment is confirmed; institutional customers with repeat orders can request agreed credit terms.
What happens if I find a printing defect? Report it with photographs within forty-eight hours of delivery. Genuine production defects such as missing pages, misaligned trimming, banding or binding failure are reprinted at our cost. Errors present in the customer's own supplied file are chargeable reprints.
How long are my files kept? Document printout files are removed after your order is delivered. Book production files are retained so that reprints match the original exactly, and are deleted on request at any time.
