Damaged Or Defective Books
Report damage, printing defects or missing pages within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We replace the affected copies free of charge or issue a full refund for them.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive a title you did not order, tell us within 48 hours. We arrange collection at our cost and dispatch the correct book immediately.
Custom Printed Orders
Custom printing is produced specifically for you and cannot be resold, so these orders are non-returnable except where the printed product does not match the approved proof or specification. In that case we reprint at our cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled without charge before production or dispatch begins. Once printing has started, cancellation charges reflect the work and material already consumed.
Refund Method And Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven to ten working days of approval. Cash-on-delivery refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer to details you provide.
Non-Refundable Items
Digital services already delivered, such as completed design or typesetting work, and shipping charges on delivered orders are not refundable.
