Cheap does not have to mean rough. Laser output on 70 GSM white paper gives dense, even characters that do not smudge under a highlighter, greyscale images that hold their detail instead of turning into a grey wash, and double side pages that stay legible without ghosting through the sheet. That consistency is what separates commercial equipment from a tired home printer running low on toner.
For very long documents the savings compound quickly. A 400 page thesis draft, a full semester of notes or a year of office paperwork costs a fraction of the same job in colour, and double side printing halves the paper, the parcel weight and the courier charge at the same time.

How Black & White Printing Pricing Is Calculated
Four inputs decide the price of almost every print job.

Black and white double side on 70 GSM white paper starts at Rs 1 per page, which is the rate almost every student and office job uses. Single side costs more per sheet because it uses twice the paper. Heavier stock, A3 and binding are quoted separately. Preparing Your File Before You Upload
Five minutes of file preparation prevents almost every reprint.
- Check that coloured text in your file stays readable in greyscale; light yellow and pale green almost disappear.
- Convert dark-background slides to a light background before printing, or they will consume toner and look muddy.
- Export to PDF wherever possible. A PDF locks fonts, spacing and margins, so what we print is exactly what you designed.
- Check the page order and the page count in your PDF reader, and tell us the exact range if only part of the file is needed.
- Keep at least a 12 mm inside margin if the document will be spiral bound, stapled or hardbound, so binding never swallows text.
- Scan or photograph handwritten pages in bright, even light, straight on, with no shadow across the page.
