Training Manual Printing In New Delhi — Nationwide Delivery
Training Manual Printing at PrintoutRajan.shop covers everything from a single urgent copy to commercial print runs of several thousand books. Corporate training manuals, SOPs and handbooks printed with spiral or wiro binding. Our press is in Baljeet Nagar, Patel Nagar, New Delhi, and we serve customers across India through courier dispatch and digital file transfer, so distance is never a reason to compromise on print quality.
This page explains our training manual printing process in full: what files we need, what paper and binding options exist, how pricing is calculated, how long production takes and how to get an accurate written quote today. If you would rather talk it through, call 7289879398 and a member of the production team will answer.
We work with authors, publishers, schools, colleges, coaching institutes, NGOs, research scholars and corporate training departments. Each of those buyers needs something different from a print job, and the specification we recommend reflects that rather than a single one-size template.
Our Training Manual Printing Process, Step By Step
- Requirement discussion. We start with a short conversation about page count, trim size, colour pages, binding preference, quantity and deadline. Five minutes here prevents most costly mistakes later.
- File review and preflight. Send a print-ready PDF and we check resolution, embedded fonts, bleed, margins, page order and colour mode. If your interior images are below 300 DPI or your gutter margin is too tight for the binding, we tell you before printing rather than after.
- Written quotation. You receive an itemised quote listing paper, cover finish, binding, quantity, per-unit cost and delivery. The quote is valid for fifteen days and contains no hidden charges.
- Proof and approval. For runs above fifty copies we produce a physical proof. You approve the proof, or request corrections, before mass production begins. Digital soft proofs are available same-day for smaller jobs.
- Printing. Digital printing for short runs, offset for larger runs. Press sheets are checked at intervals for registration, density and colour consistency throughout the run.
- Binding and finishing. Perfect binding, section sewing, hardcover casing, spiral or wiro as specified. Covers are laminated, and foil, spot UV or embossing is applied where ordered.
- Quality inspection. Copies are sampled for page order, trim accuracy, spine alignment and binding strength. Any defective copy is pulled and reprinted at our cost.
- Packing and dispatch. Books are shrink-wrapped or carton-packed, labelled with your consignment details and handed to a tracked courier. Delhi customers can collect directly from our facility.
Specifications Available For Training Manual Printing
Specification is where cost and quality meet. The right combination gives you a book that looks professional and still fits your budget; the wrong combination either wastes money on finishes nobody notices or saves money in the one place readers do notice.
Trim sizes. The common Indian sizes are A5 (148 x 210 mm) for novels and study guides, B5 (176 x 250 mm) for textbooks and workbooks, A4 (210 x 297 mm) for manuals, theses and reports, and Demy (5.5 x 8.5 inch) for trade paperbacks. Custom sizes are possible but usually add trim waste and therefore cost.
Interior paper. 70 GSM maplitho is the economical standard for text. 80 GSM gives a more substantial feel and prevents show-through on double-sided printing. Cream 70 to 80 GSM reduces glare for long reading sessions. Art paper from 100 to 170 GSM is used where photographs or dense colour graphics appear.
Covers. 250 to 300 GSM art card is standard for paperbacks. Hardcovers use 2 to 3 mm greyboard wrapped in printed and laminated paper or cloth. Matte lamination reads as premium and hides fingerprints; gloss lamination makes colours pop; soft-touch film feels expensive and photographs beautifully.
Binding. Perfect binding for 60 to 600 pages, section-sewn binding where longevity or lay-flat behaviour matters, saddle stitching under 64 pages, and spiral or wiro for workbooks and manuals used on a desk.
| Element | Economy | Standard | Premium |

Pricing Overview
Printing is priced on inputs, not guesswork. The four variables are page count, quantity, colour percentage and finishing. Everything else is detail. The indicative table below helps you budget; a written quote gives you the exact number.
Digital printing carries no setup plates, so it is the economical choice below roughly 300 copies. Offset printing has a fixed plate and make-ready cost that is spread across the run, which is why per-unit cost falls dramatically as quantity rises. The crossover point depends on page count, but 300 copies is a reliable rule of thumb.
| Quantity | Typical method | Indicative per-copy cost (200 pages, B/W, A5, paperback) |
|---|---|---|
| 1 - 10 copies | Digital | Rs 260 - Rs 340 |
| 11 - 50 copies | Digital | Rs 200 - Rs 260 |
| 51 - 200 copies | Digital / offset | Rs 150 - Rs 200 |
| 201 - 500 copies | Offset | Rs 110 - Rs 150 |
| 500+ copies | Offset | Quoted individually, often below Rs 110 |
Figures are indicative for budgeting only. Colour interiors, heavier paper, hardcover casing and special finishes change the calculation. Send your specification to [email protected] for an exact quotation.

File Preparation Requirements
A clean file prints predictably. A messy file causes delays, reprints and disappointment. Supply a single print-ready PDF with all fonts embedded, images at 300 DPI or higher, and pages in final reading order including blanks. Set the document to the final trim size and add 3 mm bleed on any element that must run to the page edge.
Keep inside (gutter) margins generous — 18 to 22 mm for perfect-bound books above 200 pages — because the binding consumes visible space near the spine. Use black text set as 100 per cent K rather than a rich four-colour black, which can look muddy and register poorly. Supply the cover as a separate single-page PDF laid out as back cover, spine and front cover with the spine width calculated for your page count and paper.
If you do not have a print-ready file, we can help. Our team offers typesetting, cover design and file correction as paid add-on services, and simple fixes such as page reordering or margin adjustment are usually done at no charge.
Turnaround Times
- Single copies and small jobs: same day to 24 hours in New Delhi.
- 10 to 100 copies: two to four working days from proof approval.
- 100 to 500 copies: four to seven working days.
- Above 500 copies: seven to twelve working days depending on finishing.
- Hardcover and foil work: add two to three working days for casing and curing.
Deadlines are taken seriously. If a date is critical, say so at the quotation stage and we will schedule the job accordingly or tell you honestly that it cannot be met. We would rather decline a job than miss an exam session or a launch date.
